What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, the tour you are interested in, your preferred date, the number of travellers and any message. We also record the page you sent the enquiry from and the date and time it was sent.

If you join our email list, we collect your email address.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your tour, and, if you signed up, to send you news about new destinations and tours. Your enquiry is sent to our team by email. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash and maps from OpenStreetMap. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads them, under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and local storage

We store your chosen display currency in your browser so it is remembered on your next visit. Our enquiry form uses a short-lived session cookie to prevent spam. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to support@tripvor.com.
